Account Executive
Summary:
Account Executive will drive Ultra Fiberglass Systems sales with existing and new customers by responding in a timely manner to customer inquiries and leads generated through website, incoming phone, email, and live chat. The Account Executive will also effectively create and execute outbound prospecting and sales campaigns. As a technical Account Executive, you will work closely with internal engineering teams, end customers, resellers, and the entire Ultra Fiberglass Systems management team to achieve sales objectives while reflecting the highest level of professionalism.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle, including outreach, product demos, and customer relationship management. Focus on driving deals from sourcing to closure, specifically targeting accounts with $200k – $1M in deal size.
- Respond timely to high volume outbound and inbound phone, email, and web inquiries.
- Engage in high quality lead generation through deepening and expanding existing customer relationships generated by marketing promotions and other outbound lead generation.
- Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest.
- Organize regular customer meetings to ensure excellent customer service.
- Develop outbound prospecting lists, networking, and social media posts to create and maintain an active sales pipeline to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Function as primary point-of-contact for requests for information, general follow-up activities to include preparing and presenting proposals.
- Route qualified prospects to the appropriate management and engineering teams for further development and closure.
- Attending trade shows and customer events.
- Maintain the highest level of data integrity of records and information on all customer activities within Monday.com and other customer databases.
- Gather and communicate customer feedback to cross-functional teams, including product management and engineering, to provide insights and help define product requirements for improving Ultra’s products and services.
- Work closely with the CEO and senior leaders to evolve and refine Ultra’s sales playbook.
- Meet or exceed revenue goals, contributing to the company’s growth and profitability.

Essential Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Ability to apply engineering, technology, or other related principles to product sales.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Client Relationship Management systems, Social Media Platforms, or related software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Engineering, or related fields.
- Three years of related product or sales experience.
Material Fabricator
Summary
Ultra Parts Fabricator has background working with mechanical and pneumatic power tools including drills, saws and routers in a construction or fabrication environment. This position can perform physical tasks to prepare raw material for fabrication and assembly of Ultra products and quickly learn characteristics and application of structural fiberglass components and hardware with minimal assistance from Material Supervisor or other Team Ultra associates. Duties include, but not limited to, machine set-up, measuring, drilling, cutting and de-burring structural fiberglass parts according to material lists, blueprints and engineered drawings.
Assignments are typically in the form of specific tasks. Associates have minimal latitude for independent action in setting objectives and deciding how to proceed. An Associate’s error in judgment could have a significant impact in terms of time, money, or public/employee goodwill. This position requires contacts within the department and with other departments in the Company, as well as with supervisors, managers and executives. The Associate has a moderate level of responsibility for the equipment and materials used.
Based on workload and customer requirements, occasional weekends along with mandatory overtime may be required to successfully fulfill the needs of this position.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan, layout, and fabricate structural fiberglass parts using knowledge of woodworking, machining and layout techniques
- Apply knowledge of shop mathematics to mark dimensions for parts and components
- Maintain appropriate inventory of common stock parts such as clips, spacers, brackets and hoops
- Proficient use of squares, levels and measuring devices to parts and component to ensure excellent part quality
- Contribute to positive teamwork with all Team Ultra associates, customers and vendors
- Exhibit safe work habits through use of Personal Protective Equipment
- Share complaints and associate issues with Operations Managers for investigation, coaching and resolution
- Assist with general shop duties and provide support to Ultra team as needed to achieve performance goals, excellent service, customer solutions and high quality products
- Maintain good work habits to ensure a clean work environment free of clutter and waste.

- Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
- Able to use tape measure, Phillips and flathead screwdriver, #9 drill bit, ¼” drill bit 3/8” drill bit,3/8 drive, 7/16 and 9/16 box wrench, speed square, calipers and vise clamps
- Strong mechanical aptitude to include using mechanical and pneumatic power tools including drills, saws and routers.
- Understanding and practice of safety through personal protection equipment and power tools
- Proficient using hand tools such as tape measures, screw drivers, wrenches and files.
- Able to work independently and in a group environment.

Production Supervisor
Summary
The Production Supervisor will plan, schedule, implement and monitor production and fabrication activities and manage inventory levels to ensure high quality, efficiency and labor productivity in manufacturing operations across the organization.
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day workflow of production and fabrication staff.
- Manage Fabrication Supervisor and 16 production and fabricator staff.
- Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
- Handles discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee the production and fabrication processes to ensure delivery of high-quality products that meet specifications, budget and timelines.
- Ensure appropriate production rate to reduce delivery delays and cost overruns.
- Collaborates with the internal engineering, project management and sales departments to identify and resolve quality concerns.
- Identifies any bottlenecks or delays in production; ensures necessary labor, materials, and other resources are available to relieve production bottlenecks and delays.
- Use production planning and scheduling to limit materials shortages.
- Ensures production machinery complies with professional and safety standards.
- Schedules for maintenance and repair of machines used in production processes to avoid downtime or delays.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
